Final Paper Submission
Please follow these instructions to submit your final paper carefully.
Please submit the final version of your paper on on PaperPlaza Portal before the deadline (September 1, 2025). You can access the comments from reviewers on PaperPlaza Portal with your account. Your final version might have to be checked to ensure that the critical comments were addressed and the recommended changes were made.
In addition, please note that the final version will fundamentally correspond in length and contents to the submitted version, except for parts that might be added or modified to comply with the reviewers' suggestions. It is considered unethical to shorten or otherwise alter the final version in ways that make it weaker than what approved by the reviewers.
The final submission process also requires that you update the abstract and make any final changes to the author list and title of the paper before uploading. Any authors not updated on the submission site will not be included in the final program of the conference. If your paper has multiple authors, please check to make sure you have added all authors using their individual PINs.
The page limit of the final paper is 6 pages without extra charges. At most two extra pages are allowed at a charge, when the authors submit the final version. If a manuscript has more than six pages, the authors have to pay extra page fees (USD 100/RMB 700 per extra page).
All final submissions, including regular papers and short papers, will be put into the material distributed to the conference participants. However, the IEEE CBS 2025 Proceedings in IEEE Xplore will contain only regular papers accepted for IEEE CBS 2025 publication, while the accepted short papers will not be included in the proceddings. It should be noted that the papers whose similarity is more than 25% would not be included in IEEE Xplore.
Please prepare one PowerPoint slide that summarizes your paper in advance. The PowerPoint template is available here
CBS 2025-Digest-Template.ppt. Please do not change the template and keep fonts and font sizes as prepared in the template.
Your paper is accepted on the condition of an author presenting it at the conference. At least one author of each paper must be registered for the conference before submitting the final version, and each registration can upload only one paper.
“Upload your Proof of Registration” required in PaperPlaza Portal can be one of the followings: 1) voucher of your payment; 2）invoice; 3）screenshot of the paid order in the registration system.（支付截图, 学校财务系统对公转账截图,注册系统已支付的订单截图等）
